The user friendly control provide quick set up and control

through a clear easy to read touch screen. From this screen

the operator can change blade speed, trim cut length, set cut

lengths, job quantities and set the forward/return limits of the

saw blade. Up to 9 different jobs can be stored at one time and

can easily be changed or edited.

The saw head is controlled by a hydraulic motor working

 in conjunction with a precision ball screw. The precise

actuate control of the blade provides vibration free cutting,

optimum cycle times, and the best part finish possible with

a minimal burr. The saw blade transmission has oil bath lubrication

while the air-cooled disc brake eliminates vibration and helps

minimize gearbox backlash as well as provide prolonged blade life.

The automatic, hydraulically controlled discharge

chute assures the trim curs and remnant pieces

are separated from good parts.

The automatic loading table allows for fully automatic

 feeding of the bar stock during the cutting operation.

Pieces are automatically lifted one by one onto the shuttle

table providing operator free operation.

The automatic feeding system is powered by an

AC servo motor and all screw devise. Even if the

material is slightly crooked the floating vise assures

accurate lengths while the vertical clamp provides

for square cutting. At the end of each cut the material

is drawn back slightly to allow the blade to return without

contacting the material on the way up. Depending on the

cut off length, the remnant can be as little as 4-1/4”.
